Many clients and contractors throughout Europe have entrusted the Litana Group to build their projects on time and budget. All of them got what they wanted …and more.
Over 18 years Litana has built or been subcontracted to build 300 plus steel framed (and clad) buildings throughout Europe and Scandinavia. Throughout that time we have accumulated experience, expertise and made significant investment in infrastructure and skills. Our project portfolio includes industrial plants and workshops, supermarkets, shopping centres, food processing plants, logistics centres, warehouses, automotive centres, etc. Through our own resources - design, fabricate, build/erect we are able to provide clients with three key competitive advantages:
1. Optimisation costs
With our expertise and experience in the design and cost optimisation we help clients make the most of their budgets. For example:
| | |
Reducing the weight of the steel frame by 224 tons without losing structural integrity. This allowed our client to save 450 000 Euros. | By reviewing and reducing the volume of fundaments by 400 m³ without loosing structural integrity we saved our client around 150 000 Euros. |
2. Flexible and quick construction times
We are proud of our record of being flexible with fast response times to customer requirements. For example, we start work as soon as the contract has been signed. And in some cases, as long our requirements are in place, we do not necessarily need to wait for complete documentation. Examples:
| | |
Construction started two weeks after signing of the contract. The building was handed over after just 8 months. | We started construction three weeks after contract agreement. Building handed over to the client within 5 months. |
3. A complete range of Services
In our role of main or subcontractor we can deliver and carry out everything – design, technical specifications, fabrication, erection, insulation, cladding, roofing, fitting out etc. In short, anything or everything clients require… at a fixed price and on time.

The workshops were prefabricated as was the woodworking workshop. Other examples can be given. | |
